Very responsive
Construction can be painful but this was a very painless and almost a pleasant experience. Total Remodeling Systems is a very responsive, quality based company that is concerned with customer satisfaction.

I was very impressed by his professionalism.
I thought Randy was an exceptionally qualified person who performed his job with expertise and in a timely manner. I would enjoy having him work on any project I had in mind. My association with the Project manager, Michael Gordon, proved essential to the satisfactory completion of the job and I was very impressed by his professionalism.

We love our new room

The work crews were polite and the finished product is excellent.
There were some unexpected delays in starting the job that should have been foreseen regarding permitting process. Once the job started, it went smooth. The work crews were polite and the finished product is excellent.

Thank you for an excellent product
Our TRS glass room is an excellent addition to our home. It did develop leaks at the windows, from a severe snow storm and leaf clogged spouting. TRS repaired this. After a long dry spell we had 4 significant rains. Not a drop leaked into our glass room. Thank you for an excellent product and a good repair of our glass room. We are really enjoying the glass room. Our indoor cats think the glass room is wonderful. We recommend Total Remodeling Systems.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work and appearance.
Our project was completed in mid-November. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and appearance. The project results were as promised in our contract discussions. Mike Freeman the installer was outstanding and very meticulous about his work. TRS did well in keeping us up to date on schedules and any revisions to the schedule. The planner (Bart Scesney) and project manager (John Campitell) worked well in addressing any issues that we had in taking the necessary actions to address our concerns. TRS delivered what they promised. The end product exceeded our expectations and we are pleased.

All of their workers were very competent
I contacted Four Season's Sunrooms, and they referred me to Total Remodeling. I had also picked up their brochure at an Arlington Home Show last year. They showed up every day, and all of their workers were very competent. It was obvious that they had built many additions like mine.

I'd say it was a reasonable value.
I had some unusual needs. The warranty, quality of materials, and the ability to respond to unusual site conditions were big factors for me. I feel like I paid a lot of money for a very good product, like if you buy a Mercedes. Is that better than buying a lesser car for less money? I think so, so I'd say it was a reasonable value.

Most satisfied: 1) With the finished glass enclosure, high quality. 2) The workmanship 3) TRS communications with us 4) Before we signed contracts for the work the sales presentation was very well done. We were given a clear drawing of how the finished enclosure would look. The finished enclosure matches in every detail.

I am most satisfied with the process from start to finish. Everything was what was indicated and promised and I have a final project that I am satisfied with. The timeframe was a little offset of start of the project but that was the only thing that was off.

They did not fall short anywhere.
They did not fall short anywhere. They were very professional and took pride in the work he did. Highly recommend them. We thoroughly enjoy our room. The contractor was not pleased with the drywall job the person did and he had them redo it. He said,"he wouldn't want it done in his home like that and would not do it that way for a customer either."

Everything was completed as agreed upon, so I don't think Total Remodeling Systems fell short in any areas. If I had any questions, I could call and receive a prompt and courteous response. Also, the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to "go the extra mile" if required. It has been a pleasure working with Total Remodeling Systems. I have received many compliments on my sunroom and I am enjoying it everyday.

Everything went so smoothly, it was kind-of amazing in a sense.
Everything went so smoothly, it was kind-of amazing in a sense. We didn't have any conflicts. We did have to have them come back and redo some things. I'm not happy with the finished drywall work inside. It was a little messy and not as neat as it could have been. I did the painting where the drywall was finished off, and I had to spackle and sand it down. That would be the only complaint. I probably could have had them come back. We finished it Christmas of last year. Everything was good. When you hear of people doing additions, you hear of some kind of screw-up or problem, but if there were any problems, they were right there to address it. It was all good.
